What are the box office hours?

For general festival enquiries contact the Jimmy’s Farm office which is open weekdays from 9:30am – 4:30pm.  Call 01473 604 206 or email.  For ticket enquiries, please contact Seeticket Customer Services.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes.  Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times.  Your dog’s welfare is your responsibility at the event, water will not be supplied but feel free to bring a bowl to fill.  Please clean up after your dog.  Anyone caught not adhering to these rules may be ejected from the event.

Do you have a refund policy?

No refunds on any ticket types. We can not offer refunds if you are unable to make it to the festival or on the basis of inclement weather. The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.  If you are unable to attend the event, your tickets can be transferred to another name.  You can do this yourself in your Seeticket account online.

What time does the Festival start?

11am on both Saturday and Sunday.

What time does the Festival finish?

11pm Saturday & 11pm Sunday with last entry to the Festival site being 9pm each dy

I bought my tickets online, what do I need to bring with me on the day?

You will be emailed a pdf with your tickets on within your order confirmation email.  Please print this and bring with you.

Will a digital version of the order confirmation be accepted?

Yes.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Provided the event has not sold out for that day, yes you will be able to buy tickets on the gate.  For up to date information on this, please call 01473 604 206.

Will there be an ATM or cashback?

There will be no ATMs but Jimmy’s Farm outlets and the Information Point will be providing cashback.  Most traders will be accepting card payments.
